Consume 2-3 shakes daily, before or after a workout.
Mix 35g, which is approximately one heaped 60ml measure (scoop included in the tub), with 250ml water or milk and shake or blend until a smooth and even consistency is achieved. These are guidelines, and for a thicker, creamer shake, simply add less liquid.
Once mixed, consume the shake immediately, and for exact measurements we recommend using weighing scales as opposed to the ml measurement scoop.
How is it made?
Whey Protein has the highest biological value of all forms of protein, but different processing techniques result in very different types of whey protein in terms of protein composition, impurities, and taste.
By extracting the pure native whey protein molecules directly from the fresh milk at just 10 degrees, and only pasteurising once, we are able to get the highest quality protein for our native whey. This makes it one of the most expensive proteins to produce, but its high protein content and quality makes it worthwhile.
How does it taste?
In our opinion, our 100% Native Whey has the best flavour of any native whey shake. Most whey products will inherently carry a distinctive dairy flavour, but by using native whey sourced direct from fresh milk, the flavour profile is purer capturing the natural sweeteners, cocoa powder and high quality ingredients.

The science behind it
Nearly all whey protein products are created as part of the cheese production process where acids or enzymes are used to separate the whey from milk to form curds and whey. The whey is then collected and processed to remove fat and lactose. Double pasteurisation which requires heating the material also denatures some of the fragile proteins.
Reflex Nutrition’s 100% Native Whey uses a state of the art process to extract pure whey protein molecules from fresh milk without damaging or denaturing the protein. This does, however, make it one of the most expensive and time consuming dairy processes, especially when done in accordance with strict quality control procedures. Our native whey is also the only protein powder in the world to contain patented 4th generation DUOLAC® friendly bacteria. Three different strains are used; Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis and Lactobacillus Rhamnosus.
